This past weekend we celebrated our second annual May Birthday Weekend (or maybe its just an excuse to spend a little time with our significant other and friends with good food and fun!)
We started with a little hike and lunch at a park. One of the best moments had to be when Adam decided to swing on a vine in the woods (while no one was paying attention.) Needless to say, the "thump" made us look, and we found Adam lying flat on his back in the weeds and brush. Adam probably doesn't feel the same as the rest of us, as he thinks he may have landed on poison ivy.
After our hike, we did a little shopping, then checked into our hotel and got ready for an AWESOME dinner! We went to an amazing wine bar / restaurant. We had great food and drink! (Wine for most, but I went with an orangy-tequila drink!)
The next morning we enjoyed brunch and some more shopping!!!! It was a super fun weekend!
